GRID ANALYSIS ON FIELD

This service offers measuring of all parameters of a grid system and powering on Client's site. With the help of special tools and measuring instruments, grid and installations status is being established, as well as branching at the Client's site, to establish the general status based on that and eventual problems in the grid's power supply.

Upon delivered elaborate on performed measuring and on the status diagnosis, the Client can be given recommendations for overcoming possible problems, or suggestions for preventing certain situations from happening.

 

 

REMOTE FOLLOW UP ON PARAMETERS

This service gives you an opportunity to leave responsibility and worry over remote control and overseeing of your devices to us. Our technical support service will integrate your systems and follow up on their working parameters and condition. In case of any hint of a problem, you will be timely informed and our service will very quickly react in attempting to avert any consequences.

 

 

EXTENDED WARRANTY

This service extends the factory warranty on a device, under the terms and conditions from User manual to a period of 1 more, up to 3 more years. Warranty extension must be bought before expiring of a standard factory warranty. If warranty extension was not bought before expiring of a standard factory warranty, Buyer must previously buy and have one service of Preventive Maintenance, in order to create a possibility for purchasing of Extended Warranty service. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE Service on site per call. The Buyers that ask for a servicing engineer on site per call, within the warranty period, for repair and replacement of the system parts, have to buy some of the mentioned responses as a special service: NBD; 8HR; 4HR.

 

 

EXECUTION OF WORKS

 

ENEL PS SERVICE CENTRE independently carry out all works on electro-installations and optionally, per client's request, performs all works regarding installing of computer networks, panic lights and video surveillance.

 

 

MONTAGE AND START UP

 

In contact with our clients, we adapt to their demands regarding delivery and montage of equipment. We deliver and assemble equipment in compliance with the procedures prescribed by manufacturer. After completed montage, we examine and adjust the complete system and launch it in the presence of a client's authorized personnel.
