ENEL PS ARCON 3000DB for supplying consumers in energy industry represents efficient and reliable solution suitable for installation in 19'' rack.

 



 

 

 

ENEL PS ARCON 3000DB modular inverter system is characterized by the ability of paralelling which can provide the required power and system redundancy.

The modular approach allows much easier maintenance of the system by reducing the repair time (replace module) from a few weeks to a few hours (or minutes).

This device is used for installation in the substation during the construction or reconstruction of existing ones. The most common form is in 7U height rack with cables on the bottom. In the room for power supllying, the device is located on the podium where the distribution cables to the battery box is done through the existing distribution board or some other form of distribution (eg raised floor.) Access and adjusting the parameters of the system are possibble via lcd monitor.

Modules Arcon 3000VA/3000W 110VDC (220VDC) supports
a wide range of input voltage, from  88 to 160 VDC (180 to 275 VDC).
ARCON module can meet the requirements for
input voltage range from 24VDC to 220VDC.

Production and use in accordance with all international,
European and general industry standards.
The modules are forced cooled, by ventilator.
The module has a protection against battery's discharge.

ENEL PS RDI 40kVA





ENEL PS RDI 40kVA supplying system represents a technologically advanced solution with a possibility of parallel capacity configuration up to 10 power modules 4kVA (3,5 kW). The device provides requested power and redundancy of the system.

The system consists of maximum 10 inverter modules, static switch and an advanced system for monitoring and adjusting of parameters. Characterized by a high degree of scalability, tit has a possibility of further extension depending on the increasing number of consumers.

This device is specialized for use in industry and in particular in the energy industry. The robustness of the system and a large mean time between failure guarantee safe delivery of AC. The output signal is the ideal sinusoidal form, regardless of variations in input voltage and output load level. Static switch is dimensioned so immediately, without interruption, switch consumers to input voltage in case of failure and thus achieves uninterrupted supply. The system has a manual switch which transfer tha consumers to input voltage in the case of service intervention over some of the modules.

ENEL PS Miniflex 6000



ENEL PS MNX 6000 is a modular inverter system
which is the solution for uninterruptible power supply for
the most sensitive equipment in data centers, industry
and energy industry.

 

 

 

 

ENEL PS MNX 6000 is a modular inverter system with input voltage of 48 VDC and 230 VAC output. This inverter is used for supplying  the most sensitive equipment that requires continuous availability.

The load is  divided into the module power systems using the most modern system of digital signal processing. The maximum number of modules that can be placed is 6 and therefore the maximum power output of the system 6000V or 4800W.

The system includes a module for local control and monitoring SYS3000 combined with PSM 2000 software. Access is possible via the serial port for local and remote modem connection.

In addition, static switch that is dimensioned for the highest possible power system is used for efficient transfer of customers directly to the entrance of the system in the case of failure or service intervention. This change is done immediately due to an automatic by-pass which actually provides the voltage supply to consumers without interruption.

ENEL PS TDI Concept



ENEL PS in cooperation with CE + T (Belgium) presents a "Revolutionary Power Concept" based on a range of modular static hot swappable inverters, overcomes the limitations of standard UPS and improves solutions DC / AC inverter system with integrated corresponding static by-pass switch.

 

 

 

 

 

* There is no "single point of failure" (SPF)

New TSI design meets the golden rule of real

redundant systems. Every detail is optimized

to be tolerant of error and to give maximum

availability. The perfect solution for preservation

of critical consumers.

 

 

 

 

 

* The time of transition is reduced to zero

Both power supplies, AC or DC, can provide the energy required to supply the customers, and it is all controlled by powerful DSP processor. Time of transition is extremely small when the consumer switches from one source to another. All disturbances are avoided during this critical situation, no matter what time it occurs.

 

* AC and DC sources do not interfere

Line-AC-AC conversion isolates the AC output of the AC input and has a double filtering function. The ideal power factor at the AC input is achieved without extracting energy from a DC source. Thanks to a new patented DC input stage, any residual ripple is largely suppressed so that the batteries are protected from disturbance.

 

 

 

 

* Complete scalability



TSI achieves entire modularity. Static switch need not be dimensioned to the final capacity of the system, but can be gradually increased to carefully follow the requirements of consumers in terms of power.

* The ideal characteristics of the AC output

Voltage which supplies the critical load is pure sine shape in spite of all disturbances (harmonics, peaks, transients ...) which are usually a consequence of the network.

 

* Efficiency and selectivity



One of the main characteristic of TSI is a unique and innovative "Enhanced Power Conversion" (EPC) mode, which isolates the AC output of the AC input and has a double filtering function. In comparison with conventional on-line mode with similar reliability levels achieved three times lower attenuation. In addition, TSI is able to tolerate 10 times more electricity than its nominal output current, in the case of short circuit in the AC distribution. This short circuit is amplitude controlled by  fuse protection allowing complete isolation. It is an additional guarantee of preserving the consumer after failure occurence.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ENEL PS TSI- Twin Sine Inverter


 

When the power goes through the AC input, that is the EPC mode, and if it goes through the DC input , the mode is called ON-LINE. Inverter systems with the possibility of parallel capacity confguration and placing in 19'' rack (19'' rack or ETSI) provide a clean sinusoidal output, 220 Vac, 50 Hz, with THD for any type of load. Paralel configuration  provide redundancy and increase reliability, while the load is automatically distributed to power modules . With Candis controler, consumers can get a simple review of wide range of functionality within monitoring. Also, it has a high quality tools for a graphic analyse.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                  NOVA  48/230 Module TSI of 750 VA

 

 

These inverters with compact dimensions provide delivering of maximum power in a small space, 2250 VA for 1U height and 4500 VA for 2U height. The space for static switch is included in them, DC and AC and output MCB. External distribution panel which contains DC input, AC input and AC output with manual by pass is optional. All NOVA packets are compatible with all TSI equipment for monitoring (Candis, SNMP).

These inverters with compact size provide delivering of maximum power in a small space, 7500 VA  for  2U height and 15 kVA for the height of 4U. These packages included a space for a built-static switch (STS Static Transfer Switch), DC and AC output MCB. External distribution panel that includes DC, AC input and AC output with manual by-pass is  the optional.                       CANDIS



Candis TCP-IP interface is a powerful and flexible management card with 32-bit RISC processor, which contains a 10/100 Mbit - ni Ethernet connection as well as SNMP.

The possibility of measuring certain values ​​and alarms, and time of sinhronisation of protocols that are stored in Carndis TCP-IP interface for the exact time when they occurred.

Candis TCP-IP interface provides users a simple overview of a wide range of functionality within the control and configuration capabilities. It also has a highly efficient tool for graphic analysis.

Candis TCP-IP supports standard management information base (MIB) and the additional management information base to collect all their information available from other devices via SNMP and can work with the main platform for the management.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                     SYS3000

 

 

Controller SYS 3000 provides control of monitoring, mutual or individual, of modular inverters which are used in wide range of applications. SYS3000 controller is specially designed for control of modular inverters connected in parallel.

Thanks to a simple menu structure, keyboard and two screens, the controller allows:



 - monitoring of system and preview of physical parameteres (P, I, U, T. ..)


 - sharing system in the group with a separate control module


 - two levels of alarm, light and heavy

Rectifier and inverter systems are manufactured and assembled in a free-standing cabinets which dimensions depend on the dimensions of the system and the dimensions of the transformer and static switch.

All systems are microprocessor controlled, with the possibility of local control and setting parameters on
the panel with keys on the outside of the cabinet door with external parties, so that hanlding and adjusting of the parameters is quite easy.
