InRow system was invented by APC and many international companies is developing this cooling concept. System with InRow units consists in setting the appropriate units between Rack cabinet and works on the principle that takes the warm air close to the rack cabinet, on the location of its source (hot zone), so injects cold air on the very rack enclosure (cold zone). On the basis of the cooling medium used InRow systems can be direct-expansion (the use of ecological Freon R-407C or R-410A, a refrigerant and an adequate external condenser cooling freon) or chillers - external cooling engine )which uses water as a cooling fluid or a mixture of water/glycol in the relevant respect) or chiller with free cooling (chiller has an additional heat exchanger which allow usage at temperature below 10°C) for greater system efficiency and lower power consumption.

InRow Chilled Water
InRow Chilled Water cooling system provides directed cooling and eliminates the mixing of the warm and cold air. They are designed to increase efficiency and meet various demands of air conditioning medium at large data centers. InRow Chilled Water cooling system uses cold water, or more precisly a mixture of glycol and water, and its capacity depends on the type of use: open or closed cooling system. Rack Air Distribution Unit It is known that cooling of the double floor has its limits in case of increase in consumption in the racks when it is not possible to even cool the equipment. APC cooling accessories improve the cooling of the double floor. Rack Air Distribution Unit are dedicated to 3kW power and eliminate the difference between temperature of equipment on the top and bottom of racks. Cooling unit is adapted for mounting in a rack, occupying 2U space. They provide cooling air for better cooling of rack and IT equipment as follows: the ambient air in the server room is drawn into the rack through the raised floor, fans are directed from the bottom to the top of the rack and is sucked into IT equipment. Rack Air Removal Unit Increase in dissipation and dynamic load changes create an environment where traditional air distribution methods are often not effective. Additives to enhance cooling Rack Air Removal Unit Provides efficient cooling of IT equipment and the proper flow of air through the rack, to prevent mixing of hot with room air. Fan is achieved by feeding the free air in the rack, while the exhaust pipe system takes warm air. Rack Side Air Distribution Unit
Placement of equipment within the rack has a flow of air from the sides, creating major challenges in terms of cooling. Most racks are designed for the flow of air from the front to the back, so it's very demanding to maintain the optimum temperature of equipment where the flow of air from outside. Rack Side Air Distribution Unit is a unit for cooling which is mounted inside the river, specially configured for equipment where the air circulation from outside. It is recommended that cooled equipment should be placed next to each other (respectively) in the rack, and Distribution Unit Rack Side can be placed above or below equipment. The user configures the direction of air flow by adjusting the fan. Cooling units is adapted for mounting in a rack, occupying 2U space.

Roof ventilators are simple and effective solution for cooling equipment, removal of hot air from the rack. The air flow is from bottom to the top of cabinet, the fans are designed to draw warm air. The system is easily installed on the roof of the racks. Models are available that are compatible with the racks 600 and 750mm wide.
