Since the founding in 1981, APC (American Power Conversion) has been a global leader in the field of devices for uninterrupted power supply. In 2006, together with MGE it became a part of the French company Schneider Electric.

APC covers the market of over 150 countries on 5 continents and with own products and services provides protection against some of the leading causes of data loss, hardware damage and interruptions in power supply.

APC sets standards for quality solutions in IT sector and it is recognized around the world by the slogan „Legendary Reliability".

Their products and services are: racks and rack accessories, UPS devices (power from 300 VA to 4800 kVA), air-conditioning equipment, management software, DC systems, professional and consulting services for uninterrupted networking.

ENEL PS has multiple partner relations with the company American Power Conversion (APC) as their Gold Partner. On the territory of Serbia and Montenegro, Enel PS has the highest number of sold and installed devices.

The only certified and authorized centre for servicing devices of lesser power in warranty period.

ENEL PS is APC'S authorized service partner and prerequisites in the framework of its activities assume highly trained teams of engineers and servicemen certified by APC.

ENEL PS is the only authorized centre for start up and servicing of the type ISX B devices.

Power Specialist Agreement enables ENEL PS to offer the complete range of APC products on the best terms in the market, with a special focus on the more complex and higher power devices which APC's partners of a lower rank (i.e. distributors) are not authorized to represent and offer.

APC Service Partner ( AGS ) Agreement empowers ENEL PS to perform services envisioned by APC's strategy of offering services regarding their products. In this way, Enel PS is licensed to perform services under defined standards and procedures: qualified start up, extension of the standard warranty period, maintenance beyond the warranty period, technical support, consultant services, etc.

Contracted Authorized Center - CASC authorizes ENEL PS to carry out service and reparation on the APC UPS devices, regardless to their origin, series and year of making, in and out of warranty. In this way, a permanent supply of APC's spare parts and documentation is ensured.

Such a status of ENEL PS and the strategic partnership with American Power Conversion guarantees a high level of support to the end users of APC's equipment but also requires a commitment to constant communication with APC, follow up on development and commercial availability of new products, education and training of the employees at the APC's training centers and consistent implementation of scientific procedures and standards.
