ENEL PS SERVICE CENTRE is located in  Omladinskih brigada, 11070 Belgrade

 

It spreads on 550 sqm with complete transport-logistic equipment.

 

 

 

 

ENEL PS SERVICE CENTRE consists of three separate parts:

 

• stationary service

• field service

• sales of services

  

A few decades of experience in maintaining and servicing of energy transformers (UPS devices, adaptors, inverters, chargers, voltage stabilizators, frequency regulators...) are one of the greatest references for EnelPS company. With a visionary business policy and by investing in education of servicing engineers and technicians, EnelPS has created a significant, high-quality base of service staff, ready to respond to any challenge and any client's demand.

 

By reason of entire business results and expertise, EnelPS has gained the status of a Gold Partner of the company APC/MGE (Schneider Electric IT Logistics Europe Limited) and, the only in our market, authorized Service Centre for launching and servicing under and out of warranty UPS devices, cooling systems and other APC products.

 

 Along energy transformers, ENEL PS SERVICE CENTRE keeps up and services all types of aggregates, cooling systems, APA devices, solar systems, wind energy systems, open and closed batteries...

It also provides complete technical support and warranty for all works done.

STATIONARY SERVICE

 

 

ENEL PS stationary service has professional personnel equipped with the ultimate measuring devices and tools. We are competent in responding to all your needs regarding energy transformers, aggregates, cooling systems, APA devices, solar systems, wind energy systems...

As for the batteries, we offer complete capacity test for all types of open and closed batteries and battery recovery program. 

Within the stationary service, there is a „show room" with displayed products on which is training and education of end users done.

 

 

FIELD SERVICE

 

Considering that a large number of interventions must be done on site and on the spot, ENEL PS made available over 15 motorized service engineers and technicians, ready to come to the client's site in shortest time and initiate repair. If possible, malfunction is repaired on site. If not, together with the client we search for a most acceptable solution so that the client would not experience any problems in operating during the repair.

 

 

 

SALES OF SERVICES

 

Contemplated as support for end users, this sector was made for you, with the idea of answering as many of your questions as possible and recommending further actions which would result in correct working of your equipment. Through different modes of the Contract on preventive and interval maintenance with defined response time to an urgent service intervention, we are ready to help you in achieving the full life and exploitation expectancy of your devices and necessary continuity of your work process.
